Welcome to the user agreement (the "Agreement" or "User Agreement") for Kcengel Enterprises/My-resell-portal.com. This Agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to your use of our products and services. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you are accordingly not permitted to access our website, products, or services or resell our products.
Kcengel Enterprises, My Resell Portal, MRP and my-resell-portal.com may be used interchangeably throughout this User Agreement. The terms "we", "ours", or "us" may be used interchangeably throughout this agreement and refer to Kcengel Enterprises and/or My Resell Portal, MRP and my-resell-portal.com.
You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this User Agreement and its individual components, which include terms and conditions expressly referred to below before you may become a member of My-resell-portal.com. We may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on the Site. All amended terms shall be effective immediately.
Copyrighted Materials: This web site, and all materials contained within, are subject to the protection of USA and International copyright laws. Members may not reproduce or create byproducts of any of these materials without the prior written permission of Kcengel Enterprises. Members are, however, allowed to modify salesletters included in MRP Eproducts as they please!
Licensing Restrictions : Users agree to abide by any and all licensing rules or restrictions that have been set forth in writing by the owners of the respective products and the original works created by Kimberly Enders and which are contained within My-resell-portal.com. Violators of our resell guidelines and licensing restrictions will be banned from My-resell-portal.com, will permanently have their resell license for all MRP Eproducts revoked without prior notice and will not be issued a refund of any sort for membership fees. (It is at the discretion of Kim Enders to notify violaters of the resell license of the violation. Lack of response or failure to comply will result in aforementioned penalties.)
Liability: In no event shall Kim Enders or Kcengel Enterprises be liable for any punitive, special, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, whether arising under contract, warranty, or tort (including negligence or strict liability) or any other theory of liability. We cannot be held responsible for factors beyond our control that may interfere with our ability to provide access to our website. Such factors include, but are not limited to server downtime, password/verification problems, or network outages beyond our servers. In no event will Kcengel Enterprises be held liable to any party for any direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental or other consequential damages arising directly or indirectly from any use of our products and services. Membership, services and products are provided "as is" and without warranties.
Passwords/User ID's : After having paid membership fees, users are granted unlimited access to the My-resell-portal.com. Users agree that they will NOT share or distribute their log in information ( Usernames and Passwords) by email, word of mouth, Usenet, Internet or any other method. Kcengel Enterprises, at their sole discretion, may terminate membership without notice or refund, for any user that shares or
distributes login information.
Minimum Age: Services are available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, our services are not available to minors. You must be AT LEAST 18 years old to access My-resell-portal.com, etc.
Communications from Kcengel Enterprises or MRP: By joining our membership, you give us permission to contact you periodically via email with regards to your membership. If you wish to no longer receive communications from us, you will need to cancel your membership. Once membership is cancelled, you'll no longer receive any communications from us.
If any provision of this agreement is void or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby.
Termination: These Terms of Use are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate these Terms of Use by either cancelling your membership or destroying all copies and installations of products and services obtained from us. The agreement will automatically and immediately terminate without notice should you violate any terms of this agreement. Violating our Terms of Service, Copyrights, or any of our licensing restrictions, will result in termination of membership, and forfeiture of all reseller licenses, without notice or refund.
Membership is non-transferable and non refundable beyond 30 days. Furthermore, Use of this website constitutes acceptance of the Legal Agreement and Terms of Use.
Earnings Disclaimer
Kcengel Enterprises and My Resell Portal make no implications or guarantees that by subscribing to this site, users will make money. Kcengel Enterprises and MRP are not to be held liable for any losses or damages resulting from the use of any of our products or services. All aspects of business pose an inherent risk for loss of capital. Furthermore, a user's success and profits are often due to their own diligence, talents and hard work. As such, we cannot guarantee any user's success.
By using My Resell Portal products and services, you agree to not hold Kcengel Enterprises and MRP responsible for your successes or failures in business.
Privacy Policy
At My-resell-portal.com, we are committed to protecting our members' safety and privacy! Please read this policy carefully and contact Kim Enders if you have any questions.
We collect information such as your name, email address and physical address for the sole purpose of shipping any orders you make or as a means of contacting you (if in regards to your order/membership.) If you elect to be a part of our opt-in list, subscription or membership, your email will be used to activate and maintain that purpose. We do not use your information for any other purpose unless otherwise consented to.
We do not, under any circumstances: rent, sell, reuse, loan or otherwise disclose or distribute your information to third parties. Only representatives of Kcengel Enterprises and its subsidiary, My Resell Portal may access your information and only for the order/subscription-related reasons stated previously or otherwise consented to by you.
If you participate in one of our surveys, contests or activities, any non-identifying materials you submit may be considered for inclusion in one of our Ebooks. You will be notified of our consideration of your submission. You will be given the opportunity to decline or request an anonymous credit for the submission. If you do not reply to our correspondence, we reserve the right to use your submission and print it as anonymous. Your privacy remains protected in this manner.
Our privacy policies as stated previously also apply to our mailing list, subscription sites, and membership sites.

NO SPAM Policy
We strictly adhere and enforce a NO SPAM policy. This means absolutely no spam in any form! Spam includes (but is not limited to) the sending of email with the primary purpose being commercial advertisement/promotions, especially without the consent of the party to which the email is being sent.
We expect our members to adhere to this policy, NO EXCEPTIONS! We also strictly prohibit the use of our company name/brand (Kcengel Enterprises, My Resell Portal, etc.) in spam emails.
Any members found spamming will be reported to the FTC for the abuse, and will be held financially and legally responsible for their actions.
Simply put, PLEASE don't spam! It's just not worth it!
Kcengel Enterprises reserves the right to amend this agreement at any time without notice. Please refer back to this TOS occasionally to acquaint yourself with any recent revisions.
