We strictly adhere to and enforce a NO SPAM policy. This means absolutely no spam in any form! Spam includes (but is not limited to) the sending of email with the primary purpose being commercial advertisement/promotions, especially without the consent of the party to which the email is being sent.
We expect our members to adhere to this policy, NO EXCEPTIONS! We also strictly prohibit the use of our company name/brand (Kcengel Enterprises, My Resell Portal, etc.) in spam emails. Any members found spamming will be reported to the FTC for the abuse, and will be held financially and legally responsible for their actions.
Simply put, PLEASE don't spam! It's just not worth it!
Kcengel Enterprises reserves the right to amend this agreement at any time without notice.
